Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to business customers using shopeuropafashion.com and requesting goods from Europa Fashion (UK) Ltd. They do not replace any signed trade agreement or order-specific written quotation.

1. Website catalogue

Sample listings are provided for trade discovery and are not offers capable of automatic acceptance. Images marked as sample or awaiting photography are illustrative. Availability, specification, pack quantity and final price must be confirmed in writing.

2. Orders

An order becomes binding only when we issue written acceptance or a final invoice and receive any required payment. We may decline an enquiry or apply minimum quantities.

3. Prices and VAT

Unless stated otherwise, wholesale prices exclude VAT, delivery, duties and other taxes. Prices may be corrected before acceptance if a catalogue or data-entry error occurs.

4. Payment

Accepted methods and payment timing are stated on the quotation or invoice. Goods remain our property until all sums due are paid, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Delivery and risk

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Risk normally passes on delivery to the stated address or collection by the buyer’s carrier.

6. Inspection and claims

Business buyers must inspect deliveries promptly and report visible damage, shortages or incorrect items within 48 hours. Latent defects should be reported promptly after discovery.

7. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the price paid for the affected goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential business loss.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
