Delivery & Returns
This page explains the standard process for confirmed business-to-business orders. Your written quotation or invoice may include order-specific terms that take priority.
Dispatch
Dispatch estimates are supplied after stock and pack quantities are confirmed. Delivery times begin when cleared payment is received and the order is accepted. Delays caused by carriers, customs or incomplete delivery details are outside our direct control.
Delivery charges
Charges depend on destination, carton size, weight and service level. UK and international shipping costs are quoted before payment. Import duties and local taxes outside the United Kingdom are normally the buyer’s responsibility.
Business returns
Trade purchases do not automatically carry consumer cancellation rights. Inspect cartons promptly and report shortages, damage or incorrect goods in writing within 48 hours of delivery, including the invoice number and clear photographs. Do not return goods without written authorisation.
Non-returnable items
Unless faulty or supplied incorrectly, personalised goods, clearance goods, opened packs and items that are worn, marked or missing original packaging may not be accepted for return.
